Nimlok Displays is a very well established custom manufacturing facility located in Illinois. They manufacture some of the most unique and innovative displays available. Their quality is exceptional and they are capable of creating almost any display system possible. They work through a series of branded retailers that exclusively sell Nimlok display systems.

Industry Qualifications

Nimlok Displays has been manufacturing display systems for decades and is always introducing new and innovative ideas to the trade show market. They work through through branded and trained retailers so when a customer visits a Nimlok dealer, they can get a true one on one experience and see everything Nimlok has to offer. This also allows Nimlok to maintain a certain price points because they do not sell to online retailers. Nimlok has collected a large customer base due to their name, quality, and service.

Downfalls

Nimlok Displays is a great custom manufacturer that produces some of the most unique display systems available, but this type of business structure leads to high costs for the end user. The branded retailers insure that prices stay high and that competition for the Nimlock brand is non-existent. This means if you live in a certain area you will only have one Nimlok dealer available. You either have to buy from them at their price, or you can not buy from Nimlok. Many of their products are great quality, but there are many products that are just as good, if not better than Nimlok Displays. Northwest Creative Imaging carries a lot of these products including Coyote pop up displays, Hop Up Displays, and Orient banner stands. The high cost structure of Nimlok makes their company very unrealistic for most trade show exhibitors.

Comparison

In order to help lower the cost of Nimlok Displays, Northwest Creative Imaging offers reprints for Nimlok display systems at a fraction of the price compared to Nimlok prices. Northwest Creative Imaging also carries many of the same portable display products such as banner stands, pop up displays, and outdoor canopies at much lower prices and in some cases, higher quality. Nimlok has some downfalls because everything must go through a local retailer, where NWCI offers all pricing and product information directly on the website. Many simple, portable items need to be custom quoted which adds time to every project. When comparing Nimlok to Northwest Creative Imaging it is clear that NWCI offers a much better selection of portable display products and much lower prices. Nimlok does offer some custom options that NWCI does not currently offer, but Origin offers all the same Nimlok products at a fraction of the price. NWCI has access to all Origin products and can match any Nimlok design.
